RETURN POLICY
Items from domestic (US) orders can be returned within five days from the delivery, in-store purchase date, or curbside pickup of your order.
Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:
- Only products purchased from The Hairslangaz website or store can be returned.
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached. Any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, opened, damaged, worn, or altered items cannot be accepted.
- Please include the original order packing slip in your return package if returning an online order. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
- All returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the purchased items.
- The package can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region.
- Products marked Sale cannot be returned.
- Products purchased at thehairslangaz.com can be returned to The Hairslangaz store within 5 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
US returns:
For US orders, please email us at thehairslangaz@outlook.com to submit a return. All returns are subject to approval. Please include the original order packing slip in the return package. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, please drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
If you decide to use a different delivery service, all costs will be at your expense, and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Also, please note that exchanges are not accepted on online orders, and outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

REFUNDS
Once we verify the integrity of the items, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined, and if accepted, we will process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take up to 10 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted, directly to the original method of payment and in the same currency.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
